Frequently Asked Questions

How old do I have to be to ride?

All riders (Drivers not passengers) must be at least 16 years of age with a valid Drivers License.

Can kids ride?

Children that do not meet the requirement to be drivers can ride as passengers. All riders operating any vehicle must be a minimum of 16 years old with a valid drivers license to ride but children as young as 12 and 48 inches are able to ride as passengers. Parent/Guardian needs to accompany riders under the age of 18 and be available to sign waivers for all riders under the age of 18. No exceptions!

Do I need a drivers license?

Yes, all riders are required to have a valid drivers license. However passengers who are not driving are not required to. 

How tall do I have to be to ride?

Riders must be a minimum of 5 feet 2 inches and passengers must be a minimum of 4 feet. ‍

What if I am running late?

You must arrive 20 minutes prior to your reservation time for a mandatory rider training. If you cannot arrive on time, the tour guide will start the tour without you and you will forfeit your ticket and no refund or reschedule will be provided

How long are the In-City Wheels scooter and Electric Bike Adventures?

Our adventures are approximately two hours long, including rider training. Be sure to arrive 20 minutes prior to your departure time for rider initiation and training. ‍

Do you offer corporate events and private tours for special occasions?

Absolutely! For tour groups of 9 or more you can reserve a special time and date for your group!

What Should I Bring?

This a fun and fast moving outdoor activity so you will want to wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. NO FLIP FLOPS! Bring your smartphone or camera along to capture the fun!

What's your cancellation policy?

Your purchase is non-refundable, unless you purchase our cancellation protection. Our cancellation protection will allow you to reschedule or cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to your reservation.

What is there is bad weather?

We do operate in light rain but if conditions arise that are unsafe to ride in: due to lightning, high winds, heavy rain, sleet, cats and dogs falling from the sky, etc your tour guide will be in contact with you to let you know if there may be a delay in our start time or if we have to cancel. If we cancel you will have the option to either reschedule for a different time or receive a refund, your choice. ‍

What if I am pregnant

Hi unfortunately pregnant riders should not participate on these tours for safety reasons.
